Getting into shape before my Wedding

It seems that getting in to shape comes to the forefront of thought as soon as a couple gets engaged. I was no different, I have always been on the bigger side ever since high school. After finally getting engaged I decided to get my butt into gear and focus more on my health. In doing so I plan to eat healthier and workout harder and more often. 

June 8th 2019 is D-day, which is about 4 months out from the time of writing this post. (the short version has me at roughly 272 lbs starting weight, working out about 5 times a week)

Four month wedding weight loss plans

Leading up to my wedding I plan on getting into the best shape of my life. Not only that, I plan on getting to a point of wellness and fitness that is maintainable for the foreseeable future. Here is the plan for the next few months:

  • Workout and share workouts
  • Cook “whole” food meals
  • Share the recipes of those meals
  • Weekly check-ins (wins and losses)
  • Inspire action, even a small change, in your life for the better
