The Core Review:
This cider comes out of the can crystal clear with a slight tint of straw to the liquid. The nose of this cider smells more like an apple and white wine combination, which could be due to the semi-dry nature of the cider. The main body of this cider is the clean taste of apples intermingled between the sensation of the carbonation enveloping your tongue. The back end of this cider is where this cider really stands out in my mind. The taste of apples fade into a tartness that causes the back corners of your mouth to tighten just a bit, causing your mouth to salivate. This is not a negative in my mind, it’s a unique characteristic of this cider which makes me enjoy every sip.

This is a clean drinking cider that is the perfect transition cider for a cider drinker who is looking to go from the modern sweeter styles to the more traditional dry ciders. With that said this cider can easily fit the bill for an experienced cider drinker that is looking for a easy to drink cider that tastes good that is not bone dry.
